As a community and housing provider we want to be able to make adjustments wherever we can. If you feel like you might need any adjustments as part of the allocations process, or have any questions about this, please get in touch with us by emailing allocations@nrhc.co.uk. The co-op is made up of old Victorian houses and at the moment it is unfortunately not possible to make any of these houses wheelchair accessible.
If you have any pets it is useful to mention this once you are invited for a coop interview. Pets are allowed in the coop but this will depend on whether individual houses in the coop are pet friendly. The Coop does have a lot of cats!
If you've read through everything and would like to add yourself to our expression of interest list, then please enter your details below. We'll send you a confirmation email with more details, so please make sure that if this goes to your spam or junk folder that you add us to your whitelist. This is helpful so that you can be sure to see any emails about spaces on our main waiting list. Your details are kept securely within our G-suite and in accordance with GDPR regulations. You can email allocations@nrhc.co.uk at any point if you want us to remove your details or if you have any questions.
Vacancies at Nettleton take a few years on average, so if you are looking to move sooner you might find it useful to look at our section on other co-operatives and co-operative living. If you are in more urgent housing need, for example facing the threat of eviction, please get in touch with Shelter to speak with an expert housing adviser.
Even though we cannot provide housing immediately it can still be a good idea to add your name to our list if your longer term plans are to live within a co-operative community.
